The Common Areas
Enter the villa to find yourself in a long hall with beige marble flooring. A well decorated salon to the right is poised for an intimate reception or a quiet moment alone. Soft furnishings are contrasted with granite tables and wood accents in this carefully coordinated second living room. Double sliding doors open to a small balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the front lawn. A half bathroom sits opposite. Up the stairs to the right is a mezzanine turned contemporary office ready for the impromptu work call or an afternoon spent working on proposals. The design is a cross between a wall street executive lair and a renowned architect.
The Living/Dining Area
The heart of the house is an open living dining area with high ceilings and space filled with natural light. The contemporary >The Pool Scene
The backyard has a rectangular lap pool, pergola, and fully quipped barbecue station that sets the scene for an epic pool day. The teak dining table and chairs are prepped for al fresco dining with easy access to the kitchen. The Barbecue is built in with a charcoal grill and a partial view of Burj Khalifa.
A marbled kitchen is fully equipped with the means for a small team of chefs to whip up a storm. Luxury appliances by Miele promise a memorable cooking experience. A marble top kitchen island creates space for mise-en-place and casual dining. The room off the kitchen is a laundry room with a top of the line washer and dryer.
All beds are fitted with luxury linens and fluffy towels that are freshly laundered before check in. Four of the six bedrooms have king size beds and Samsung Curve TVs as well as ensuite bathrooms with both a standing shower and bathtub by Villeroy And Boch. Complimentary toiletries from Acqua Di Parma are placed in each bathroom. Each bed is custom designed and upholstered with luxury materials.
The master bedroom is decorated in soft color palettes with inspiration drawn from a Kenyan Safari and has a small balcony for mornings overlooking the backyard. A partial walk in closet leads to the large dual bathroom. A long hallway connects each of the bedrooms with soft accents. The second bedroom opens with sliding doors and has a queen size bed with nature inspired accents. At the end of the hall there are the third and fourth bedrooms with ensuite dual bathrooms and king size beds. The select design themes are underscored by a distinct luxury feel. The 6th bedroom is a delight to children and is found off the kitchen. A bunkbed with a convertible mattress on the lower level creates the ultimate bed time with a small library of our favorite children’s books. The room is completed by an ensuite bathroom with a stand in shower.
